Link Building Tips by

So
you have built a good website, and it is now live and ready
for traffic. Now it is time to start finding links for your
site. Here are some tips to help you find those links. But
first if you don't know about "anchor text" then
please read "What
is Anchor Text?" first.
Now
you have the right anchor text, you have submitted to DMOZ
and you would like to submit your site to other directories
and websites.
Your
site is all about link building, so we need to find other
sites relevant, with good PR and has a way for you to submit
your site.
Go
to Google, Yahoo or your favorite search engine to start.
Type in the search box link building+add url. Now you have
a list of websites that you can add your new site to.
Example:
I went to Google and typed in link building+add url. Here
are the results.
Not all are relevant, but it is a good start.
Some
other ways to search. Put the keyword in quotes to find
more relevant results. "free software"+add url
will find these results.
More
ways to search for places to get links:
| keyword+submit
site |
| keyword+add
site |
| keyword+submit
website |
| keyword+add
website |
| keyword+submit
url |
| keyword+suggest
a site |
| "keyword"+submit
a site |
| "keywords"+submit
url |
| keyword+"add
url" |
| "keywords"+"suggest
a website" |
Get
the picture? Then just evaluate the site to make sure it
is relevant and worth trying to get a link from. I personally
look for a PR value of at least 4.
